Looks like a Creative Laser Design kit! I've built the same in N scale, and really appreciate how - since they're out of Lyndonville - several of their building kits are right at home in my version of Lyndonville.
Yes, that's the manufacturer. Picked it up at the Springfield show a few years back. Nice little kit, but needed to add bracing inside to prevent warping - not included in kit. Need to look over what else they have at next year's show!
Looks good Mike...CLD have some nice New England kits...have tried a few myself...you should pick up some of the section houses...they have two versions...George
